Mmm...Marinara! - August 2

In this class, we will walk through making a hearty Italian tomato sauce, marinara! We will discuss blanching tomatoes, preparing other vegetables for the sauce, spices and seasonings, and canning for a shelf-stable canned product.
You will take part in making the marinara and take home a pint of marinara to enjoy. Tickets need to be purchased in advance. This is a small class, masks are welcome for comfort.
