Our honey is local, pure, raw, and unfiltered. We strain it coarsely to maintain the pollen grains. Our honey is unheated to keep the nutritional benefits and beneficial enzymes of raw, natural honey. We offer it in four sizes below.
Please note: Since our honey is pure and raw, we don't process the honey to stop the natural crystallization process. If your honey starts to crystallize (look creamy), follow these steps:
- Boil a small amount of water on the stove top.
- Remove water from heat source and place honey container in hot water.
- Let the honey sit in the warmed water until it has returned to its liquid state. Repeat process if necessary.
DO NOT use a microwave to heat honey. The high heat kills the beneficial bacteria and enzymes in raw, natural honey.
